Vicki Zou is a first-year at Harvard intending on studying statistics and economics. They attended the Bronx High School of Science where she was a varsity debater on the Policy Debate team, director of the Creative Writing Club, and conducted social science research. Lily Schwalb is a rising Sophomore at Harvard studying Mathematics and Philosophy. In high school, she won numerous Mandarin Speech competition awards, was the lead illustrator for the Young Mensa Magazine, and was the associate concertmaster of the Philadelphia Sinfonia Orchestra, in addition to engaging in math and computer science research. Allaura Osborne is a senior studying Anthropology and History, focusing on Indigenous Studies. She is from Raleigh, NC, and was a weight and hammer thrower on the Harvard Track and Field team for the first two years of college. Although she studies the humanities, most of her tutoring experience has centered around math. She ran her own tutoring company in high school, taught over 35 students in various levels of math, and worked 30 hours a week. She has also done SAT/ACT tutoring. I was commissioned to write a piece for a GRAMMY-award winning violinist with performances of my works at Carnegie Music Hall and The Wallis, one if which was featured on an album that reached No. 2 on the Billboard Traditional Classical Chart and was featured in an NPR article, “Favorite Music of July,” alongside albums by Beyoncé and Maggie Rogers. I've also had a separate interview by Kevin Olusola, the beatboxer from the 3-time GRAMMY-Award winning group, Pentatonix, on NPR.

I am a college student at Harvard (co '28). I'm originally from Mobile, AL. During high school, I scored a 34 on my ACT and was a national merit finalist (based on PSAT scores). Miriam Hibbert is a first-year from New York City living in Weld Hall. She is interested in studying Chemistry with secondaries in History and Computer Science. Hi! My name is Jenna Jiang and I'm currently a student at Harvard College studying Government. Although Government is a field that I am extremely passionate and interested in, I have another passion for education. For the last two years, I sat on the Illinois Board of Education Student Advisory council where I was elected as an executive council member my first year and then later on as President. Within my position, I learned to write policies and bills where I would advocate for them along with my peers to the Board. In addition to sitting on the Illinois State Board of Education Student Advisory Council, I also sit on two other councils where I was elected by the State Superintendent as the sole student advisor ranging from rural advisory to student equity. Through my experience in education and policy writing, I have been able to help launch and manage educational initiatives helping progress missions from bridging the gap between ESL students and English to expanding access for rural students. In these opportunities, I have been able to meet and interact with so many individuals that has helps shaped my perspective. In addition, I have been a tutor/mentor for the last three years teaching anything from SAT to essay writing. At Harvard, I am apart of the Harvard Civics program where I enter the classroom once a week to teach Civics education. Hello! My name is Haley. I'm a freshman at Harvard University and I'm planning on majoring in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology on the pre-dental track and minoring in Government. Prior to attending Harvard, I went to Boston Latin School. I did a lot of extracurriculars such as orchestra, VSS (Vietnamese Student Society), and tutoring! I was an after-school Latin tutor since the 10th grade, and I helped students with introductory and advanced (Vergil, Caesar, Catullus, etc.) Latin. I may be a Latin nerd, but I'm comfortable with a decent range of subjects including writing (I was an editor for my high school's newspaper!), math, and biology. I think that's enough from me :)

Francesco Plastina, a first-generation international student from Brindisi, Italy, is part of Harvard's Class of 2028. Mackenzie Boucher is a joint-concentrator in Economics and Philosophy with a secondary in Education. Mackenzie is from Dartmouth Massachusetts, but now resides in Boston year-round for work at a local hardware store and internship opportunities. Leading up to Harvard she was president of several well-respected clubs including the newspaper (The Dartmouth Spectrum) and the competitive debate & forensics team. Over the course of a calendar year she completed a research study concerning Fate Determinism and Academic Success advised by University of Bremen Professor, Klaus Boehkne. Mackenzie is a two-time AP Scholar Award with Distinction recipient and excelled in 11 APs in highschool across subjects. She self-directed her own college application process; navigating the process without guidance: including resume building, applying to college programs and aid, and essay writing. Mackenzie is currently a reporter for The Harvard Crimson and plans on joining an academic journal next spring, she is also a HSA tutor and college advisor.

My name is Gandab Mammadova, and I’m an international student from Azerbaijan studying Physics at Harvard College (Class of 2028).
