I’m a Harvard College student (Class of 2028) from Batavia, Ohio, concentrating in Cognitive Neuroscience and Evolutionary Biology with a secondary in South Asian Studies. On the pre-med track, I am dedicated to both academic rigor and meaningful mentorship. I earned a perfect 36 on the ACT and scored 5s on AP exams including Calculus AB, Biology, Environmental Science, and Psychology. With 3 years of tutoring experience, I take a patient, individualized approach to help students build confidence, master challenging concepts, and develop strong study habits. In addition to tutoring, I continue to mentor younger students through music (flute), afterschool programs, and as the manager of Harvard’s Community Care Collective for pre-med students. I genuinely enjoy helping students reach their full potential and would be honored to support your child’s academic journey.

Caroline (Class of 2029) is from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is an experienced tutor who scored a 35 on the ACT, and received 5's on AP US History, US Government and Politics, Biology, Language and Composition, Literature and Composition. She competed in and won the National History Day competition in Minnesota with an original research paper and was subsequently recognized on the national level by the National Endowment for the Arts and the White House Historical Association. She has also worked on political campaigns and is passionate about the intersection of community service and politics. Caroline specializes in essay writing help (both ideation, drafting, and final edits) and college application strategy. She is passionate about helping students develop college applications that tell a cohesive and compelling story and ultimately set them up well for competitive college admissions. In addition to, or in conjunction with, college application support, Caroline can provide ACT and/or AP tutoring. Though she is focused on humanities tutoring and strategies for effective reading/english test taking, she can also tutor science and math.

I am a college student at Harvard (co '28). I'm originally from Mobile, AL. During high school, I scored a 34 on my ACT and was a national merit finalist (based on PSAT scores). I also took all IB classes and received the IB diploma (with the highest score in my class). In high school, my extracurriculars centered on languages, volunteering, and soccer. I also participated in the US State Department's National Security Language Initiative (NSLI-Y) and the Youth Ambassadors Program. Currently, I am concentrating in Government with a secondary in Computer Science and a Russian citation. I am also a Research Assistant for a professor working on a book about interethnic relations in different global regions, and I write for the Harvard Crimson (newspaper). I also volunteer teaching in Boston and play Club Soccer. I am comfortable tutoring any number of subjects at the IB level. In addition, I am fluent in Spanish. I can also tutor for college essays!

Demetri Long (Class of 2028) is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and has been tutoring for over six years, helping students achieve academic excellence and confidence in their learning. While still in high school, Demetri worked full-time and earned an Associate of Science degree with over 100 college credits, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA from Cincinnati State. He also earned a STEM honors diploma as valedictorian with a 5.095 GPA from Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy. His strong background in math and science enables him to effectively tutor subjects such as algebra, calculus, and biology, guiding students to understand the "why" behind the subjects. Beyond STEM, Demetri is the Founder and CEO of The Inkwell Publishing Company, where he mentors young writers and develops creative-writing and reading-comprehension programs. This background gives him a unique edge in tutoring English, writing, and college essays, helping students strengthen both their technical and expressive skills. Demetri currently serves as a Board Member at Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy, continuing his mission to make high-quality education accessible and empowering for all learners. Known for his professionalism, patience, and results-driven approach, Demetri is dedicated to helping every student reach their highest potential in both academics and life.

Abe is a first-year at Harvard College studying Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Originally from Tunisia, he scored a 1590 on the SAT (800 Math, 790 English) and earned 5s on multiple AP Tests, including Calculus BC, Statistics, Chemistry, and French. Passionate about mathematics and artificial intelligence, he has published AI research in an IEEE journal and excelled in Math Olympiad. Committed to sharing opportunities with others, Abe founded a nonprofit to tutor students in Tunisia and across the world in Math Olympiad preparation and led weekly SAT Math workshops for more than 100 students. Through these efforts, he has helped students strengthen their problem-solving skills and confidence in high-level math. As a tutor and college mentor, Abe draws on his own test-taking and application experiences to help students achieve top scores and present their best selves in college applications. He specializes in SAT, ACT, and AP preparation, mainly in STEM subjects, guiding students in mastering both content and strategy. In college counseling, he helps students brainstorm and refine their essays while ensuring their authentic voice comes through across the application.

Rachel is a senior at Harvard College pursuing a degree in Physics with minors in Government and Spanish. She has taken a wide array of undergraduate and graduate level courses, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Working as a tutor, Rachel has taught computer science and tutored STEM students for over five years. She scored a 1550 on the SAT and 36 on the ACT, as well as obtaining a 44 in the IB with a 7 in each of her classes: HL Mathematics Analysis and Approaches, HL Physics, HL Chemistry, HL Spanish B, SL Geography, and SL English Language & Culture. Rachel also took several AP classes placing her at the top of her high school class. As a researcher, Rachel built lasers at a Harvard lab to further the search for dark matter. She was invited to present this research at a conference for rising engineers and it led to a co-authorship on a published paper. Rachel has written machine learning algorithms to answer the biggest questions in the fields of particle physics and physical oceanography. In high school, Rachel founded her school's Sustainability Club which went on to be internationally certified and she competed in debate, placing second to the Czech national team. At Harvard, she is the treasurer of the Harvard Undergraduate Association, managing the finances of all college clubs. Additionally, she is on the board of Harvard Undergraduates for Environmental Justice, Harvard Hillel, and Harvard College Democrats. She is also the captain of the club swimming team.

Edmund (Class of 2029) is from Athens, New York. He scored a 1530 on the SAT and a 35 on the ACT. Throughout high school, he challenged himself, loading his schedules with AP classes and similar college level courses, along with actively engaging in a variety of extracurricular activities. As captain of the cross country, volleyball, and track teams, he facilitated his teammates’ growth and overall team success through constant encouragement and individualized feedback. In music, he developed and utilized methods to master complicated subjects, allowing him to become first chair in band, section leader in chorus, a member of the jazz band and select choir, star in main roles in school musicals, and be selected for regional ensembles and competitions. Additionally, as three-time class president, a member of the Interact Club, and chapter president of the National Honor Society, he strengthened his abilities to effectively communicate and assist others by setting up fundraisers and tutoring his peers. Currently, Edmund is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science and aims to become a full-stack developer. Edmund specializes in SAT/ACT and math preparation (middle school level to AP Calculus) and is devoted to making sure his students have a deep conceptual understanding of the topics those assessments test on. He also specializes in college application strategy, ensuring students present their strongest and most authentic selves, regardless of academic background.

Pascale F. is a sophomore at Harvard College, pursuing a Neuroscience degree on the premedical track with a secondary in Education. Originally from California, she has pursued her passion for healthcare and education as a Director with the Leaders program at the Phillips Brooks House Association, where she mentors high school students in college readiness. Additionally, she is the Vice President of the Harvard Undergraduate Mind, Brain, Behavior organization, organizing neuroscience-related educational events for the broader Harvard community. Pascale’s passion for advocating for educational equality started with her efforts as a first-generation college student to find better educational resources and self-study for exams such as the SAT and ACT, on which she earned a 1570 and 36, respectively. With the skills and tricks she picked up during her standardized test studying, Pascale has helped many students increase their speed and accuracy on the SAT and ACT, raising their scores and test-taking confidence. Similarly, as a college consultant, Pascale has helped many of her students brainstorm, organize, and solidify their application essays for summer programs and college applications for admission into top programs and universities. Pascale guides students in these endeavors with a focus on maintaining the student’s voice throughout the application to ensure that the student’s authenticity and personality shine through in their essays, ECs, and overall application.

Moniola Odunsi is a senior at Harvard College (Class of 2026), concentrating in Economics with a secondary in Computer Science. Originally from North Potomac, Maryland, she attended The Madeira School in McLean, Virginia, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and earned a perfect 36 on the ACT. She was admitted to all 13 schools she applied to, including Stanford, MIT, Yale, and the University of Pennsylvania. In high school, she founded a podcast and website platform highlighting underrepresented minority leaders in entrepreneurship and served as Co-President of her school’s Business and Economics Club. She also founded her school's first TEDxYouth event and volunteered in various capacities, including for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. At Harvard, Moniola is the Co-President of Harvard Undergraduate Ventures, the university’s largest student-run entrepreneurship and venture capital organization, and Co-Chair for Career Development at Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business, where she leads initiatives to equip women with resources, industry exposure, and networks to excel in business. Moniola also has experience mentoring students in college admissions and standardized test preparation. Outside of academics, she enjoys playing tennis and creative writing.

Maryam (Class of 2028) is from Doylestown, Pennsylvania and studies Bioengineering at Harvard on the Chemicals and Materials track. Her interests lie at the intersection of medicine, biotechnology, and drug discovery, and she is passionate about helping students build confidence in STEM. Throughout high school and college, Maryam has conducted research in microbiology, infectious disease, protein engineering, and computational biology. Her work has involved designing experiments, developing computational tools, analyzing complex datasets, and presenting research at competitive science fairs and research programs such as ISEF, STS, and RSI. She is also the author of two published scientific papers. In high school, she founded and led several STEM organizations, including a STEM Journal Club, Girls Who Code chapter, and Research Club. Maryam specializes in tutoring mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, and computer science. As a former math instructor and experienced mentor, she enjoys helping students master challenging concepts while developing strong problem-solving and study skills. She also provides support for AP courses, ACT preparation, science fair projects, and STEM research mentorship. At Harvard, Maryam continues her involvement in biomedical research and engages with professionals across the biotechnology and healthcare industries. Through tutoring, she enjoys making complex concepts approachable and empowering students to achieve their academic goals.

Khadija (class of 2028) is from Alexandria, Virginia and scored a 34 on her ACT. She also received 5s on her AP Language, US History, and World History exams. She applied as a Sociology and Astrophysics joint concentrator based on her experience working with the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, developing curriculum at the National Air and Space Museum, and leading Mental Health and LGBTQ inclusion teams as a Student Equity Ambassador Lead for Fairfax County. She has also previously written for the Library of Congress. Khadija specializes in English and Writing tutoring, specifically in regards to ACT and SAT prep, but she is also proficient in all levels of History as well as Algebra 2 and Pre-Calculus. Khadija is an opinion editor at the Harvard Crimson and a Project Director for the Harvard Undergraduate Association Academic Team. In the future, she plans on pursuing law.

Christy (Class of 2028) is from East Hartford, Connecticut. She earned a perfect score on the SAT Grammar section and has a strong passion for all things related to the English language, literature, and grammar. She also earned a 5 on her APUSH and AP English courses. Coming from an underfunded public high school, Christy self-studied for all of her exams while also balancing three-season varsity athletics, part-time work, and active community involvement. Christy specializes in essay writing, particularly for college applications, as well as AP, ACT, and SAT English exams. She is dedicated to demystifying the Common Application essay and sharing the strategies she developed to streamline the process for others. On campus, Christy manages the social media pages for the Harvard Cheerleading team and contributes to the Flyby Blog with the Harvard Crimson. She aspires to pursue a career in writing, editing, and publishing, with a continued passion for education.

Olivia (Class of 2029) is from Cape Coral, Florida, and a graduate of Canterbury High School, where she attended on a full-tuition Girl Scouting Scholarship. She scored a 33 on the ACT with perfect scores in English and Reading. A Girl Scout for 12 years and Gold Award recipient, Olivia earned national recognition for selling over 50,000 boxes of cookies, setting records for both her council and the state of Florida. Fun fact: she’s featured on the nationwide Tagalongs box cover, playing a pink guitar! Olivia has contributed over 1,000 community service hours, leading initiatives such as her Gold Award project on college campus safety awareness and founding the Reading With the Dogs program, which fosters children’s literacy while helping shelter dogs become more adoptable. At Canterbury, she held leadership roles in Model UN, DECA, BPA, Thespians, Cheerleading, Student Council, and Veterans Service Club, and was inducted into eight honor societies, including the Cum Laude Society (top 10% of her class). A First-Generation college student, Olivia specializes in college application strategy and essay development, and tutors English and History, emphasizing analytical writing and critical thinking. At Harvard, Olivia is involved in HMUN, Women in Business, and serves as Director of Events for the Harvard Undergraduate Marketing Group, as well as a tutor with HSA Tutoring. She plans to pursue a Joint Concentration in Sociology and Economics and a future career in marketing.

Davin (class of 2029) is from the beautiful town of Boulder, Colorado. He is a computer science major with a strong background in competitive mathematics and programming. He led his school's chess club and physics club, while also co-founding his school's competitive programming club. Furthermore, he has interests in chess, competing in national-level tournaments and becoming co-champion of his state's scholastic tournament, as well as soccer, qualifying for national-level competition at the ECNL and EAL level. Davin specializes in academic and SAT/ACT tutoring, having taught MATHCOUNTS to students for all four years of high school across three different organizations, in addition to three years of tutoring in academic subjects, with a primary focus on STEM-based subjects. He is also passionate about helping students develop their college application strategy, having helped students gain acceptance to their early-round schools this year by positioning them as a top applicant.

Nicky is a sophomore at Harvard College studying Biomedical Engineering with a secondary in Economics. As an alum of NC School of Science and Math, she has years of prior experience with crafting curriculums for Pre-Calculus and led educational summer camps in programming and STEM experiments. She is able to provide college counseling and tutor SAT (1560), Math (Algebra, AP Calc, Multi, Combinatorics), AP Biology, AP Statistics, Physics, and Programming. She’s deeply committed to helping students not only master STEM concepts, but truly enjoy the learning process. She has also spent three summers in scientific research including cancer therapeutics with publication authorship. During high school, she partook and won awards in FIRST Robotics, Science Olympiad, Ethics Bowl, HOSA, TSA, Envirothon, and more.

Divangel (Class of 2027) is from Saddle Brook, New Jersey, and studies Neuroscience on the Neurobiology track at Harvard College, with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. His academic and extracurricular work centers on STEM, healthcare, and leadership. He has conducted research in both clinical and laboratory settings, including at the National Institute of Cardiology in Mexico, where he studied how air pollution and contaminated water affect cardiovascular health through mitochondrial and protein biomarker analysis in hundreds of participants. At Holy Name Medical Center, he led independent research on exercise and heart health in over 70 athletes while collaborating with cardiologists in patient care. He also gained technical expertise as an IT Support Specialist, overseeing 2,100 Apple devices for his high school through security and program profiling. Beyond research, Divangel tutors STEM subjects, specializing in life sciences and math, and has strong skills in data analysis and research writing. At Harvard, he serves as a Student Ambassador for the Global Health Institute, promoting student engagement with global health leaders, and as Treasurer of the Black Students Association. Looking ahead, Divangel plans to pursue a career in medicine as a surgeon, with a focus on global health challenges at the intersection of science, equity, and healthcare innovation.

Evelyn (Class of 2028) is from Rochester, MN and studies Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology on the premedical track. She earned a perfect 36 ACT score and was a National Merit Scholar Winner (Selection Index: 223). In high school, she excelled as an academic, athlete, and musician. She served as President of Century High School National Honor Society, Varsity Captain of Science Olympiad, Vice President of Student Government, and an Executive Committee Member of the Rochester-Olmsted Youth Council. She also founded and led the Student Leadership Team for the Southeastern Minnesota Youth Orchestras. Additionally, she earned 7 varsity letters in swimming, was a 3x All-State Orchestra musician, and received numerous academic, music, and leadership honors. A long-standing commitment of hers has been teaching violin to low-income students as a mentor, private instructor, and classroom teaching assistant. Evelyn specializes in competitive college admissions and STEM mentorship, particularly in biology, medicine, and research. She has spent three years in an internationally recognized cardiovascular genetics research lab at Mayo Clinic, her work contributing to multiple scientific manuscripts. At Harvard, Evelyn serves on the board of HARMONY Mentoring and continues teaching violin. She will also conduct clinical neuroscience research at Boston Children's Hospital while working as a lifeguard. She plans to attend medical school to pursue a career as a physician.

Kadyn A. is a freshman at Harvard College studying Applied Mathematics with an application in Economics and Computer Science. Originally from Forsyth County, GA, she graduated high school as president of both the Math Honor Society and Black Student Union, while competing in FBLA, HOSA, FCCLA, and playing two varsity sports. She scored a 1510 on the SAT and a 34 on the ACT, and hopes to continue blending her analytical skills with her passion for leadership and mentorship. At Harvard, Kadyn is involved with the PBHA Strong Women, Strong Girls initiative, the Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group, and several affinity groups that reflect her commitment to community. As a tutor, she’s passionate about helping students thrive across subjects—especially in STEM. From Algebra to Multivariable Calculus, she breaks down complex concepts into clear, engaging lessons that build confidence and understanding. Kadyn also enjoys guiding students through the college admissions process, from essay brainstorming to showcasing their passions on paper. Isabella is a sophomore at Harvard studying applied mathematics with a focus in Physics and Engineering. Besides Harvard, she was admitted to Yale, UPenn, Columbia, Brown, Cornell, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UMich, Georgia Tech, amongst other universities. Growing up between 7 different countries, Isabella is passionate about helping students stand out through their unique story, empowering them through academic and college application strategy support. While in high school, Isabella conducted physics research with NASA, attended various Pre-College programs, and tutored for the Red Cross since 2021. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA and a 1560 on the SAT. Now at Harvard, Isabella is involved in STEM, Humanities, and Pre-Professional organizations such the Clean Energy Group, Consulting on Business and the Environment, and Harvard Undergraduate Architecture Society. With an artistic and scientific mindset, Isabella provides well-roundedness into her tutoring. Tony (class of 2027) is originally from Western Massachusetts. He graduated valedictorian with a 1550 SAT and earned multiple honors, including AP Scholar with Honor, National Merit Commended Scholar, and the Western New England Book Award. In high school, he was deeply involved in both academics and leadership, serving as President of the National Art Honor Society, competing on As Schools Match Wits, contributing to the Salvation Army, serving on Student Council, and playing volleyball. Tony applied to college as a Molecular & Cellular Biology and Computer Science major—fields that reflect his passion for understanding how logic and life intersect. He now specializes in SAT prep, AP exam tutoring, and elite college essay mentorship, helping students break down difficult concepts and write essays that truly stand out. Currently at Harvard, Tony studies MCB and CS, participates in ROTC, the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, and the Harvard Undergraduate Biotechnology Club, and is exploring future opportunities in the tech and biotech entrepreneurship space.
