Hello everyone! I am a sophomore at Harvard concentrating in Computer Science and Government, and minoring in Economics. I'm originally from Russellville, Arkansas. When it comes to tutoring, I typically specialize in helping students craft essays (whether its college admissions, AP Lit/AP Lang, or a scholarship), guiding them on what makes an impactful and structured essay. I can also provide help in multiple AP exams, pre-algebra, pre-calculus, ACT/SAT, and Spanish tutoring. In high school, I participated in activities that helped broaden my communication skills, including speech and debate, academic decathlons, and mock trial. I bring many of the skills that I honed during my time in high school to my tutoring sessions. I’m here to help you understand the material and gain valuable skills that will support you long-term.

Martin Bigil-Rico is a Sophomore at Harvard studying Computer Science and Statistics. He attended a public magnet high school Southern California where he had leadership positions in 5 clubs and attended some of the nations prestigious summer STEM programs. At Harvard, Martin was the Co-Founder of SAT Daily--an app designed to help students access advanced SAT studying resources, an editor for the Philosophy review on campus, and a software developer for the Harvard Rocketry club. They have extensive experience in teaching the SAT, ACT, AP Exams, all academic subjects from English to Calculus, and college admissions coaching(including essay reading). Martin plans to take the entrepreneurial route after college and make a lasting impact on the world.

Nithya is a junior at Harvard College hailing from Modesto, California. She is studying Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology with a secondary in Sociology and is currently pursuing a pre-med track while balancing her passion for global health.

Pascale F. is a sophomore at Harvard College, pursuing a Neuroscience degree on the premedical track with a secondary in Education. Originally from California, she has pursued her passion for healthcare and education as a Director with the Leaders program at the Phillips Brooks House Association, where she mentors high school students in college readiness. Additionally, she is the Vice President of the Harvard Undergraduate Mind, Brain, Behavior organization, organizing neuroscience-related educational events for the broader Harvard community. Pascale’s passion for advocating for educational equality started with her efforts as a first-generation college student to find better educational resources and self-study for exams such as the SAT and ACT, on which she earned a 1570 and 36, respectively. With the skills and tricks she picked up during her standardized test studying, Pascale has helped many students increase their speed and accuracy on the SAT and ACT, raising their scores and test-taking confidence. Similarly, as a college consultant, Pascale has helped many of her students brainstorm, organize, and solidify their application essays for summer programs and college applications for admission into top programs and universities. Pascale guides students in these endeavors with a focus on maintaining the student’s voice throughout the application to ensure that the student’s authenticity and personality shine through in their essays, ECs, and overall application.

Hi! I’m Darren, a junior at the college pursuing a concentration in economics with a secondary in neuroscience and a language citation in French. I attended Lexington High School where I was class president and partook in endeavors that took me on a piano tour in Europe and a tenure as the faceoff specialist for the Varsity Lacrosse team. I have had fulfilling experiences teaching in private settings along with classroom settings. I've also provided college counseling, with past students gaining acceptance to schools such as Princeton, Dartmouth, and UChicago. I love music (currently learning the electric guitar!), writing, and look forward to helping you with your academic goals!

Ashley Vazquez Romo is a sophomore at Harvard studying Neurobiology and Sociology with a secondary in Economics. They attended Basic Academy of International Studies where she broke the district record for highest Grade Point Average (GPA). She was admitted to every college she applied to; including Yale, Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania, USC, and more. She is eager to support other students in their academic journey. Whilst in high school, she conducted research with the American Chemical Society and participated in community-oriented work. At Harvard, Ashley is the Social, Humanitarian, & Cultural Issues Committee chair for World Model United Nations and an instructor for the Harvard Academies. I’m Zohaib, a first-year student at Harvard University from Pakistan, pursuing a double concentration in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, and a secondary in Film. I’ve always been passionate about STEM and storytelling, and my journey reflects a blend of both. Cal is a sophomore at Harvard College planning to concentrate in physics and math. He finished high school in the Philippines where he graduated as class valedictorian. For four years, he joined national olympiads in math, physics, and chemistry where he won a Bronze Medal. Also active in research competitions, Cal was awarded the Distinction Award in the International Space Challenge and presented his research about Mars at Arizona State University. Cal has extensive tutoring experience in math and physics. Most notably, he has served as a coach of his high school’s olympiad team. In addition, Cal provides mentorship in US college admissions. In the most recent cycle alone, his non-profit organization helped Filipino students receive $7.9 million in scholarships/financial aid from schools like Harvard, Yale, and Princeton. In his free time, Cal likes to play Scrabble. He became the youngest member of the Philippine Scrabble team in 2022 and has also trained national-level players himself.

Kadyn A. is a freshman at Harvard College studying Applied Mathematics with an application in Economics and Computer Science. Originally from Forsyth County, GA, she graduated high school as president of both the Math Honor Society and Black Student Union, while competing in FBLA, HOSA, FCCLA, and playing two varsity sports. She scored a 1510 on the SAT and a 34 on the ACT, and hopes to continue blending her analytical skills with her passion for leadership and mentorship. At Harvard, Kadyn is involved with the PBHA Strong Women, Strong Girls initiative, the Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group, and several affinity groups that reflect her commitment to community. Hi! I’m Saaim, a Harvard senior majoring in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology, with tutoring experience across a range of subjects, from biology and writing to standardized test prep. Rachel is a sophomore at Harvard College pursuing a degree in Physics and Mathematics with a minor in Government and Spanish. She has taught computer science and tutored STEM students for over four years. She scored a 1550 on the SAT and 36 on the ACT, as well as obtaining a 44 in the IB with a 7 in each of her classes: HL Mathematics Analysis and Approaches, HL Physics, HL Chemistry, HL Spanish B, SL Geography, and SL English Language & Culture. Rachel has also taken several AP classes placing her at the top of her high school class. In high school, Rachel founded her school's Sustainability Club which went on to be internationally certified and she competed in debate, placing second to the Czech national team. At Harvard, she is the treasurer of the Harvard Undergraduate Association, managing the finances of all college clubs. Additionally, she is on the board of Harvard Undergraduates for Environmental Justice, Harvard Hillel, and Harvard College Democrats. She is also an active member of the club swimming team. Last summer, Rachel built lasers at a Harvard lab to further the search for dark matter. She was invited to present her research at a conference for rising engineers.

Hi! I'm a first-year student at Harvard, studying History of Science on the Pre-Med track. I've performed violin for 12 years, having studied at the Juilliard School's Pre-College program, and now I perform here with the Harvard Radcliffe Orchestra! Additionally, I row for the Harvard's Heavyweight Rowing team and am involved in other clubs such as the International Review, Model United Nations, PBHA HARMONY, and others! I've had three years of tutoring experiences, having worked with kids from grade levels from kindergarten to senior year of high school, in a variety of subjects from math, english, history, French, and others. Vicki Zou is a first-year at Harvard intending on studying statistics and economics. They attended the Bronx High School of Science where she was a varsity debater on the Policy Debate team, director of the Creative Writing Club, and conducted social science research. At Harvard, Vicki is a member of the Harvard Financial Analysts Club, publicity director of the Harvard Chinese Students Association, and involved in the badminton club. She has extensive tutoring experience in a myriad classroom subjects and essay writing.

Spencer Lee is a rising senior currently attending Harvard College. Before attending Harvard, Spencer was a student at Seoul Foreign School, located in Seoul, South Korea. During his time in High School, he was involved in bolstering the mathematics tutoring program through being on the board of his school's Mu Alpha Theta chapter as well as tutored fellow students himself through his school's National Honor Society chapter. He has scored a 36 on all 4 components of the ACT, as well as 800s on SAT Subject Tests on Mathematics II, Chemistry, Physics, and Korean (with Listening.) Spencer intends to concentrate in Chemistry with a secondary in Economics. During his free time, he likes to take walks, sing, and practice Taekwondo, the latter two of which he is involved on a school-wide level through the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum and the Harvard Taekwondo Club. His favorite food is Korean Buckwheat Noodles and his favorite music genre is smooth jazz.

I am a college student at Harvard (co '28). I'm originally from Mobile, AL. During high school, I scored a 34 on my ACT and was a national merit finalist (based on PSAT scores). I also took all IB classes and received the IB diploma (with the highest score in my class). In high school, my extracurriculars centered on languages, volunteering, and soccer. I also participated in the US State Department's National Security Language Initiative (NSLI-Y) and the Youth Ambassadors Program. Currently, I am concentrating in Government with a secondary in Computer Science and a Russian citation. I am also a Research Assistant for a professor working on a book about interethnic relations in different global regions, and I write for the Harvard Crimson (newspaper). I also volunteer teaching in Boston and play Club Soccer. I am comfortable tutoring any number of subjects at the IB level. In addition, I am fluent in Spanish. I can also tutor for college essays!

Allaura Osborne is a senior studying Anthropology and History, focusing on Indigenous Studies. She is from Raleigh, NC, and was a weight and hammer thrower on the Harvard Track and Field team for the first two years of college. Although she studies the humanities, most of her tutoring experience has centered around math. She ran her own tutoring company in high school, taught over 35 students in various levels of math, and worked 30 hours a week. She has also done SAT/ACT tutoring. Aside from helping with subjects and standardized tests, she has helped many of her students with college applications and essay editing! One thing that sets her apart is she wants the students to excel at the subject she helps them in and become more confident in themselves!

Eric is currently studying economics and computer science at Harvard while on the premed track. He has a rich background in tutoring, having volunteered with 'Learn To Be' and leading a comprehensive precalculus course. I am a senior studying Statistics and Computer Science at Harvard. I went to the Brearley School in New York City, where I was captain of the robotics team, won national art and writing competitions, and started a community service program in my school. Muhammed K. is a freshman at Harvard College studying Mechanical Engineering. He’s originally from Oxford, Ohio, where he developed a love for math, science, and hands-on problem solving. In high school, he was involved in a range of activities—from competing as a varsity attorney and co-captain on the Mock Trial team to conducting research through the Army Educational Outreach Program (AEOP), where he spent two summers exploring topics in quantum optics.
